Terms and Conditions


All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty. This warranty will cover the functionality of all moveable and electronic components of the product when used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

All claims must be placed immediately after the problem arises and all efforts will be taken to rectify the issue. If the issue cannot be rectified, then a full replacement of the faulty item will be provided.

Please Note: Damage, misuse and vandalism do not constitute a warranty claim. All warranty issues must be lodged at info@parkmasteroz.com.au

The Smart Phone Parking Lock app is not owned or operated by Park Master. Any issues arising with the app will need to be forwarded to the app creator. A help page relating to this will be provided upon purchase of the lock.

Shipping and Returns Policy

Any order placed via our website will be subject to acceptance and confirmation by Park Master Pty Ltd.

We accept the following payments:

Direct Debit payment in to the Park Master Bank Account


We will make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If payment is made through direct debit, there may be a delay in receiving funds. The order will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.

If you require a large volume of units, there may be a need to extend our lead time. For these circumstances, we will advise you of the expected shipping time.


We currently offer free shipping to the Sydney Metropolitan area, Central Coast and Newcastle. We offer shipping to all other major cities with the cost of freight being added to the order. We do use a freight forwarding company to deliver our products. All units will leave us in good condition and packaged correctly, however, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival at destination.

If you have large orders or require urgent delivery, please contact us prior to ordering, to enable us to provide the best solution possible.


We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, however, you feel that the unit is not what you expected, please return it to us unused or unopened within 10 business days. We will refund in full or exchange the goods excluding the cost of shipping. If there is any damage to the product, this will not constitute a refund.
